The Black Flower

There are a lot of things about this image I like...I like the colors. I like the "turbulence" of the gnarl spirals in the background (in contrast to the "perfect" ones on the flower. I also like how the flower on top seems like it's growing into the background, integrating itself with the background on the outer wisps of the flower..
